The Administration Affairs Office provides a wide variety of supports and resources for the Institute’s daily operation, including faculty and staff hiring related affairs, international cooperation and foreign expert affairs, IT support, archives management, facilities and office supplies purchasing, management and maintenance, and other administrative related affairs.

Academic Affairs Office
The Academic Affairs Office provides supports and helps students fulfill the academic requirements of ICCI, coordinates various affairs such as domestic and international student recruitment and admission, curriculum design and course scheduling, teaching supports, TA searching and hiring, scholarship and awards management, extracurricular activities planning and organizing, internship, students placement and other students related affairs.
Research Affairs Office
The Research Affairs Office provides supports and assists the ICCI faculty with the research grants application, research funds management, projects development, workshop/conference planning & organizing and other research related affairs.
Public Relations Office
The Public Relations Office is mainly responsible for the ICCI branding and marketing, including public relationship initiatives, maintenance and development, alumni networking, flyers, brochures, souvenir design, photography and videos production and release, website design, and other social media channels maintenance.
Corporate Relations Office
The Corporate Relations Office aims to help ICCI enhance and promote the external communication and corporate relationship for the further development. Its major responsibility includes the establishment and strengthening of endowment and fundraising activities, development of corporate relationship for students’ internship and scholarship programs, Certificate Programs, Executive Development Programs, Summer School Programs, as well as market-oriented training programs design, promotion and development.
