USC-SJTU Institute of Cultural and Creative Industry (hereinafter referred to as ‘ICCI’)  ICCI ART VALLEY aims to establish an art education brand with cultural and creative characteristics, improve the public's artistic literacy, and promote exchanges and interactions between Chinese and Western artists to expand the influence of the School of Cultural and Creative Industries in the field of art and culture.

ICCI ART VALLEY has been for three consecutive years, and has received attention and praise from domestic and foreign art platforms and organizations. ICCI ART VALLEY has hosted and provided workspace for sixteen art scholars from Italy, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Iceland, Britain, Germany, the United States, Russia and other countries.



2020 ICCI ART VALLEY will be focusing on integration and application of digital art and cross media. We have invited Prof. Geoffrey Alan Rhodes as the academic director and 6 international art scholars via online and offline participation. A series of events will be carried out over a period of 30 days in Shanghai, including art creation, masterclass, culture exchange, and theme exhibition and performances in conjunction with reknowned domestic artists.

Visiting scholars will create artwork and jointly participate in the art exhibition which is to be held at Xuhui Art Museum, a historical landmark of Shanghai culture, from October 28th to November 1st.  Be prepared to attend a series of upcoming public art education activities.
