Lin LU (Ph.D., City University of Hong Kong) is an Associate Professor of management. Her research interests include knowledge management, conflict, and innovation. She has been a visiting scholar to the Sloan School of Management, MIT. She has published in international journals including Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Knowledge Management Review, Management and Organization Review, International Journal of Conflict Management, and International Journal of Hospitality Management. She served as a member of the Editorial Review Board for MOR.
Her research interests mainly focus on knowledge management, conflict management, and cross-cultural Study. She teaches courses in the field of Management, among which are Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviors, Cross-cultural Management, Communication, Compensation Management, etc.
