本次讲座立足文化数字化与数据要素市场化改革背景，探讨非遗文创数据要素资产化的理论逻辑与实践路径。结合企业商业模式，分析非遗数据从确权、评估、入表到交易、融资、应用的全链条转化机制。旨在探索以数据要素为纽带，推动非遗文创与新质生产力深度融合的可行路径，为文化领域培育新质生产力提供实践参考。

深圳市国标知识产权大数据中心理事长、主任

长期深耕知识产权价值分析与标准化学术研究，主攻知识产权数据挖掘、技术创新态势评估、知识产权价值大数据分析方向。主持和参与多项知识产权课题、地方立法及标准研制，在知识产权保护、价值评估、决策支撑领域研究成果丰硕，着力推进知识产权数据要素开发利用，为创新主体知识产权战略研究提供科学支撑。

课程介绍

数字策展管理 Digital Curation Management

本次讲座由文创学院数字策展管理课程开设，向全院师生开放。本课程注重考察文化机构如何创造、保存、治理与传播数字遗产。其将策展视为一种管理实践，联结数据、机构、平台与公众，并对数字策展的发展历程进行全面的审视，主题聚焦于数字技术如何改变我们对物质与物质性的理解，以及数字策展过程中涉及到的知识产权相关问题等。学生须跨信息科学、博物馆研究、媒体理论与文化政策等领域进行阅读，以分析策展作为一种治理形式。本课程包括专题讲座、阅读讨论、典型案例探究、实地考察，以及对学生的研究项目与展示进行批评讨论。

Digital Curation Management examines how cultural institutions create, preserve, govern, and circulate digital heritage. The course treats curation as a managerial practice that links data, institutions, platforms, and publics, and offers a comprehensive examination of the development of digital curation, with a thematic focus on how digital technology is changing our understanding of material and materiality, and on issues related to intellectual property. Students read across information science, museum studies, media theory, and cultural policy to analyze curation as a form of governance. The course includes thematic lectures, frequent discussions of readings, investigations of emblematic cases, field trips, as well as critique of students’ research projects and presentations.
