第四届“汇创青春”——上海大学生文化创意作品展示活动由中共上海市教育卫生工作委员会、上海市教育委员会主办。
The 4th ‘Think Youth’-Shanghai International Digital Creation, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition will be organized by the Shanghai Municipal Education, the Shanghai Health Working Committee and the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.
本届大赛活动将继续举办数字文化创意类国际大赛，邀请国内外高校的大学生参与。在上海高校大学生文化创意作品分类评选的基础上，选择数字文化创意相关类别的优秀作品与国内外高校的相关优秀作品同台竞技和展示。此次大赛由上海交通大学承办。
This year, we continue to organize international tournament of Digital Creation, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition and invite students from universities at home and abroad to participate in. On the basis of the classification of cultural and creative works in Shanghai, select outstanding works related to digital culture and creativity and compete with other works of domestic and foreign universities. The competition will organized by Shanghai Jiaotong University.
2019第四届“汇创⻘春”国际赛我们将设立短视频分赛、商业分赛以及新媒体艺术分赛。此外，获奖团队除了收获奖励、证书外还将有机会在11月份的长三角文博会上展出哦。
The international tournament of the 4th ‘Think Youth’ Competition includes Short Video Group, Business Group and New Media Art Group. Not only the award and certificate will be offered to award-winning groups, but the award-winning works they made will also have the opportunity to be displayed in the Yangtze River Delta International Cultural Industries EXPO.

为积极推进上海“设计之都”建设，营造全市⽂化创新和创意产业发展⽣态环境，展示上海高校的创新创业教育成果，培养青年⼤学⽣的创新创业意识，造就⼀⼤批优秀创新创业⼈才，并通过国际赛的形式，建⽴中外跨界交流的平台，助⼒上海⽂创繁荣发展。
Building on the success of the previous ‘Think Youth’-Shanghai International Digital Creation, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition and with the aim of promoting the development of Shanghai's city brand as "Capital of Design", creating a nourishing environment for cultural innovation and creative industry development, demonstrating the fruits of creative and innovative education in Shanghai, encouraging innovation and creation, and building channels for cultural exchange between home and abroad, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission decided on organizing the 4th ‘Think Youth’-Shanghai International Digital Creation, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition.

Who is our target participant?
此次大赛面向来自全球各高校的青年学生及创客，不限国籍、年级、专业，既欢迎来自个人参赛者的独特创意，也对来自参赛团队的创想思潮敞开怀抱！
Participants can join the competition as groups or individuals. There are no limits regarding nationality, year at university, or major.
